Common questions
about how we charge.
When does Dayda get paid?
Dayda earns a commission only when a deal closes. If we don't sell your data, you owe nothing.
How is the commission calculated?
Commission is a percentage of the gross transaction value, tiered by deal size. The rate drops as deal size increases.
What counts as the transaction value?
The total agreed license fee paid by the buyer, before any taxes. For multi-year licenses, it's the full contract value.
Are there upfront fees for sellers?
No. Listing, vetting, legal review, and buyer outreach are all included at no upfront cost to the seller.
