Sub-processors
Dayda engages third-party sub-processors to help deliver our platform and services. This page lists the sub-processors that may process personal data on our behalf, updated as of the date above.
1. What Is a Sub-processor
A sub-processor is a third-party data processor engaged by Dayda to process personal data on our behalf. Under GDPR, controllers must be informed of and authorize sub-processors. This page provides transparency into the sub-processors we use.
2. Current Sub-processors
Service: Cloud hosting and infrastructure
Data processed: All data transmitted through the Dayda website, including IP addresses, request metadata, and website content. Location: United States.
Service: CDN, security, and bot management
Data processed: IP addresses, request headers, and traffic metadata for security monitoring and content delivery. Location: United States (global edge network).
Service: Contact form processing
Data processed: Name, company, email address, and message content submitted through our contact forms. Location: United States.
Service: Waitlist signup management
Data processed: Name, email address, and buyer/seller role submitted through our waitlist form. Location: United States.
3. Notification of New Sub-processors
We will update this page at least 30 days before engaging any new sub-processor. If you are a customer with an active Data Processing Addendum, we will also notify you directly. You may object to a new sub-processor by contacting us within 14 days of notification.
